For the last 10 years Dianne Dixon had many problems with the flooring inside her Victorian Terrace house located in Camperdown, Sydney. This was mainly due to a serious moisture problem in the old concrete slab.
This moisture problem forced Dianne to change the floor finish many times over the years as the moisture underneath caused the vinyl, cork & timber to warp, lift & finally come off the substrate. To find an ultimate & cost effective solution to the inconvenience & ongoing expense of having the floors replaced every couple of years, Dianne decided to have a Pandomo 'floor' installed.
Concrete Artisans removed the old vinyl tiles, diamond ground the surface back to clean concrete and then proceeded to install the ARDEX Moisture Barrier System WPM 300. Not only was this a successfull solution to the rising damp problem but WPM300 is also compatible to be used as a primer for ARDEX Pandomo. Colours used in this job:'cemento' base blended with 'artic'.
